We appreciated the hotel and Cartagena, had 3 wonderful days there. The room was newly renovated with comfortable beds and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a laptop-size safe.

I had recently refurbished fine room with climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel TV. The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of a shopping mall.

It's an original hotel with nice gardens and brand-new rooms.

Liked this great stay at a hotel that offered this type of experience. Everything was good, including stuff and rooms, its good wi-fi. The amazing onsite restaurant had lots of food.

It was perfectly clean, the staff was helpful, plus the service was excellent.

Relaxing place, decent food offered for English breakfast. The room was warm, the bed was cozy and there was a good bathroom. Efficient check in and brilliant service:)))

Hotel is wonderful old, with fine breakfast, and location is easy next to the beach and the ocean and generic restaurants.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Cartagena. The room was ideal and cheap and the staff were more than helpful. Colonial style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Courtesy from the whole staff. Restaurant in property was modern and the pool area was clean.

I loved staff and rooms, as well as every other detail. Historic building, spotless and lovely bedroom. They made my stay good. Restaurant was good, it had tasty dishes. Late check-out too.

The property was impeccably clean, featured very modern design; I liked it. Staff were more than helpful and the whole experience was very very good.

It was a very good time staying at this truly memorable hotel. Well laid out room, lovely pool, stylish bathroom. Had complimentary continental breakfast with omlettes.

The venue is picture perfect and traditional. The venue has beautiful location near the trees with the names. Staff is extremely helpful, makes sure that the place is exceptionally clean.

Their breakfast is very cold, can be much better.

Breakfast was amazing, beds were very comfy. Wonderfully friendly staff & excellent pool.

the hotel was great, the bed was comfortable. the rooms in the venue were large. it took 10 minutes to reach playa castillo grande on foot. a wide range of food at breakfast, including fruit and fresh fruit.

For us it was ideal.
